Frontline Orientation
An important component of any successful EAP is the connection we make with the employees and companies we serve. An ongoing relationship with our customers is key to employees remembering to call EAP when they are dealing with an issue or needing to find a resource. Ascension EAP uses Frontline to keep the program on the mind of you- our customer! Each month we send out an email that contains the link to the current Frontline edition. This short newsletter is easy to read, full of great resources and ideas, and a great reminder that EAP is here to serve you in a variety of ways.
